We don’t do excessive warm ups or games like most gyms. Our focus is learning fundamental jiu jitsu movements. The class starts off with a moderate warm up and safety drills. The majority class is spent drilling techniques with lots of one of one attention from multiple coaches. The very end is spent sparring under the supervision of the coaches.
